Registration

All new applicants, please complete the following:

1. Complete the online student application. 

2. Print out, sign, and mail in the following (address is provided in the Family Agreement):

• Family Agreement - one per family

• Student Educational Background - one per student

• Medical Form - one per student

• A check for registration donation (if applicable). 

• Note - A minimum donation for registration is required for two-day classical program applicants only. There is no registration donation required for individual high school level classes.

The minimum donation for registration is $75 per student, if received by April 15th. After April 15th, the minimum registration donation will be $125 per student. Checks should be made payable to Logos Christian Ministries.
