Registration

All new applicants, please complete the following:

1. Complete the online student application form for the 2-Day Classical Program and/or for Algebra I students.

2. Print out, sign, and mail in the following (address is provided in the Family Agreement):

1. Student Educational Background - one per student (not required for Algebra I students)

2. Family Agreement - one per family

Please also read our Code of Conduct.

3. Medical Form - one per student

4. A check for registration donation (not required for Algebra I students)

The minimum registration donation is $75 per student, if received by May 15th.  After May 15th, the minimum registration donation will be $125 per student. Registration closes on June 30th. Checks should be made payable to Logos Christian Ministries.
